How do I create an account?
Click the ‘Register Now’ button on our home page to request access to our B2B platform where you can order our full range of everyday consumable products.
Why can’t I view your full range online?
JayServe stocks a huge range of products, however we don’t currently have all of these available for online purchase. You can buy your everyday consumables online, and soon our art & craft products will also be added to the B2B site.

How do I find out about stock availability?
Our full range of everyday consumable products never go out of stock so you can be confident that when you place an order online, we’ll be able to fulfill the order in full. We sometime experience out of stocks on art & craft and educational resources. These are managed via back orders, and we’ll advise at the time of ordering if this will be the case with any items you have ordered.
Do you offer discounts or run specials?
Our approach to pricing is that we’ll always charge less than RRP, in many cases a lot less! We believe in quality products at affordable prices and our business model allows us to sell products to you are a lower margin than most other online or retail stores.
Do you charge shipping?
We’re pleased to offer FREE SHIPPING across Melbourne, Geelong and the Mornington Peninsula on any order over $200. For orders less than $200 please contact us for a shipping quote.
What payment types to you accept?
Most of our customers are set up with business credit accounts. We also accept payment via Visa, Mastercard or AMEX.
Do your prices include gst?
All pricing quoted, either online, via email or over the phone excludes GST. Please add 10%
Can I place a recurring order for the consumables we go through every week?
Yes, we welcome recurring orders and can despatch these to you at a time that best suits you.
I have already submitted my order but wish to make a change, is this possible?
Yes! In most instances, we can make changes to your order if these are sent to us on the same day that you placed the order. Any changes sent through once our courier has been booked to deliver to you unfortunately cannot be accommodated.
How long will it take to receive my order?
JayServe picks, packs and delivers orders Monday to Friday every week. Provided your order is received by us before 12pm, it will be delivered to you via Courier the very next day.
Can I pick up my order?
